Sally is a PACFA-registered, Person-centered counsellor dedicated to helping children and adolescents reach their full potential. With diverse experience in play-based primary school-aged therapy, adolescent mentoring, and adult counselling, she brings a warm, intuitive, and deeply compassionate approach to her practice. As a mother, Sally has a first-hand empathetic understanding of the complexities of parenting; she is committed to a collaborative family model and offers dedicated individual therapeutic support for parents to ensure the whole family can thrive.

Sally is a humanistic practitioner dedicated to an evidence-based, non-directive and client-led approach. Grounded in neuroscience and attachment theory, her practice focuses on the relational and biological roots of emotional experiences.
Sally utilises a trauma-informed lens to prioritise physical and emotional safety, co-creating a ‘secure base’ where clients can move toward their ideal selves. She is committed to a wrap-around model of collaborative care, ensuring every therapeutic journey is seamless and securely held. For children, Sally uses relational, play-based techniques to facilitate growth in a developmentally appropriate and secure environment.
