Therapeutic Approach

Rebecca’s approach is neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and rooted in play-based, child-led therapy. She values evidence-based interventions while tailoring her support to each child’s unique sensory, emotional, and developmental needs. Her sessions are built around the understanding that play is the primary occupation of childhood—offering a powerful platform for learning, self-expression, and growth. Rebecca works closely with families and other professionals to ensure that each child’s environment supports their ability to thrive.
