About
Emily is a registered psychologist with experience working in schools across rural NSW, engaging with primary and high school-aged children. In this role, Emily conducted neuroaffirming assessments focusing on autism, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities, as well as provided support for young people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and other socio-emotional challenges, including crisis situations.

Emily can work with older primary school aged children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, school avoidance, peer conflict, academic concerns, neurodevelopmental issues, and work with low-risk suicidal ideation and non-suicidal self-injury.
Therapeutic Approach
Emily’s approach to working with children and families is collaborative and client-centred. She works closely with both the young person and their families or carers, adopting a team-based approach to support the young person in achieving their therapeutic goals.
Emily utilises evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive behavioural therapy, tailored to the unique needs of each client. She also prioritises multidisciplinary collaboration, working alongside families, educators, and other professionals to promote holistic and sustainable positive outcomes for young people.
