About

Charlotte is a dedicated psychologist passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and families on their journeys to achieving goals and enhancing well-being. A graduate of Western Sydney University (2021) with First Class Honours and the University Medal, Charlotte also studied Positive Psychology at Vancouver Island University, deepening her expertise in resilience, self-esteem, and emotional growth.

With experience across diverse settings, including schools, private practice, and multidisciplinary teams, Charlotte brings a holistic perspective to her work. As a trained provider of the Westmead Feelings Program, she focuses on building trust and fostering emotional literacy in young people. She enjoys facilitating small group programs and working closely with adolescents and young adults, addressing challenges like impulsivity, risk-taking, and self-esteem in a collaborative and supportive way.

Charlotte’s approach is warm, collaborative, person-centred, neuroaffirming, and strengths based. She integrates evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, and Positive Psychology principles to create engaging, practical, and tailored support for her clients. Charlotte emphasises emotional literacy and regulation as key components of development. Her multidisciplinary perspective allows her to work closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure holistic, inclusive, and meaningful care.
