Becky

Rel. Head of Occupational Therapy | Clinical Supervisor | Senior Occupational Therapist

About

Becky is an Occupational Therapist with extensive experience and knowledge in paediatric practice. She supports children with a broad range of developmental, sensory, emotional, behavioural and functional needs, including children with complex and intersecting presentations.

Becky is skilled in the assessment and intervention of complex needs, taking a holistic approach to understanding each child’s strengths, developmental profile, everyday functioning and support requirements. She works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop coordinated, individualised interventions that support meaningful participation across home, school and community settings.

Her approach is child-led, play-based and relationship-focused. Becky understands that children make the greatest progress when they feel safe, understood and connected. She takes the time to build trusting therapeutic relationships and tailors intervention to each child’s interests, strengths, developmental stage and individual needs.

Becky is a certified Ayres Sensory Integration practitioner, having completed the Certificate in Ayres Sensory Integration through CLASI (CASI #792). She draws upon her advanced sensory integration knowledge to help neurodivergent children build confidence, strengthen regulation and develop greater independence at their own pace.
