Session Times
Our clinic operates in structured session blocks to maximise appointment availability for families and young people, especially working parents and children attending school. To support fairness and consistency across the team, clinicians work to a fortnightly roster, rotating sessions as agreed within your engagement model.
The clinic is closed daily from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
AM Session: 7:00 am – 1:00 pm
Clinic closed: 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
PM Session: 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Monday to Friday: AM and PM sessions available | Saturday: AM session only
These structured sessions help families access before-school, after-school, and early evening appointments, while giving clinicians clear, predictable working blocks.
Work in Clinic or in the Community
We offer opportunities to work both onsite in our modern, fully equipped clinic in Windsor, NSW, and out in the community supporting children and families where they need it most. Our model is designed to help you work in a way that matches your strengths and clinical interests.
Why Clinicians Choose The Daisy Clinic
We’re committed to creating a professional home where clinicians feel supported, connected, and proud of the work they do.
What you can expect with us:
Broad, real-world multidisciplinary collaboration. You’ll work closely not only with our internal allied health and psychology team, but also with GPs, paediatricians, teachers, early childhood educators, support coordinators, parents/carers, and other medical and community specialists to ensure children receive cohesive, practical support across settings.
Full administrative support including enquiries, bookings, intake processing, reminders, and billing support.
Beautiful facilities and resources in a family-friendly clinic space.
Clinical governance and leadership grounded in compassion, excellence, and collaboration.
Flexible service delivery options (clinic, school outreach, and community visits as clinically required).
A steady referral base and a reputation for quality care across the Hawkesbury region.
Our Engagement Model
We operate on a clear, transparent engagement model so every clinician knows exactly what’s included, how things work, and what to expect. From 2026, The Daisy Clinic will engage clinicians through one of two pathways only:
1) Employee
Our Employee pathway is ideal for clinicians who want structure, security, and a higher level of clinical support, particularly new graduates or clinicians early in their career who benefit from ongoing supervision and mentoring within a strong team environment.
Employees receive:
A salaried position with paid leave entitlements.
Ongoing clinical supervision and access to senior clinical support.
Professional development support (including PD opportunities/allowance as applicable).
Gym membership access as part of our staff wellbeing focus.
Full access to clinic facilities, systems, resources, and admin support.
A consistent caseload and stable weekly hours within our rostered AM/PM clinic sessions.
Minimum engagement: 20 hours per week.
Employees work within a structured clinic schedule and caseload allocation to support strong service continuity for families.
2) Contractor
Our Contractor pathway suits clinicians who are confident and more independent in their practice, and who are seeking flexibility while still working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This pathway offers autonomy alongside full operational support from the clinic.
Contractors receive:
Full administrative support (bookings, intake, reminders, billing).
Access to clinic facilities, systems, rooms, and therapy resources.
Professional collaboration within our multidisciplinary environment.
The ability to choose your hours, days, caseload, and assessment mix, within clinic need and service availability.
A clear billables arrangement with a clinic-retained percentage covering operations and supports.
Minimum engagement: 10 hours per week.
Contractors work within The Daisy Clinic’s clinical standards and team culture, without formal supervision requirements.
